Description:

Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is looking to place a dedicated, detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Coordinator into a local industrial refrigeration company located in Lyndhurst, Va.   Searching for a dynamic individual with lots of energy. This position will work closely with our sales department and assist with daily management of the functions necessary in completing sales transactions.

 

Marketing and Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes for engineering services
  • Maintain schedule for our PSM/Engineering group
  • Manage the administrative coordination for training school
  • Create and maintain marketing materials for trade shows, training school, etc.
  • Keep an active presence on social media sites, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, website blog/news pages, etc.
  • Handle general customer service with house accounts and new business
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships
  • Collaborate with other staff to assist customers whose needs extend beyond sales dept
  • Grow our customer base through various methods including account management
  • Promote various services/products including training programs and software

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred (Associate Degree plus sales experience will be considered)
  • 3+ years of technical sales experience preferred
  • Good phone presence and ability to engage with customers over phone and through email
  • Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite, internet research, and database entry.  Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Deadline driven
  • Must be able to work in a team environment but also independently with little supervision
  • Must be available to work 50 hour work weeks
